Critérios metodológicos para seleção de intervalos de estresse térmico na avaliação de telhados verdes

A intensificação das ilhas de calor urbanas tem impulsionado a adoção de estratégias passivas para mitigação do aquecimento em áreas urbanas, dentre as quais se destacam os telhados verdes. Contudo, a literatura apresenta predominância de estudos conduzidos em climas temperados, cujos parâmetros nem sempre são diretamente aplicáveis a contextos tropicais, caracterizados por elevada radiação solar e predominância de cargas térmicas de resfriamento. Nesse contexto, este trabalho tem como objetivo propor critérios para a seleção de intervalos horários representativos na avaliação do desempenho térmico de coberturas vegetais em clima tropical. A metodologia adotada baseia-se na análise experimental de dois protótipos em escala reduzida, correspondentes a um módulo com cobertura vegetal e um módulo de controle com cobertura convencional, a partir de dados de temperatura monitorados ao longo do tempo. Os resultados indicam variação significativa do comportamento térmico das coberturas ao longo do dia, evidenciando a influência do atraso térmico e da radiação solar incidente. Conclui-se que a definição de intervalos horários adequados é essencial para a correta avaliação do desempenho térmico de telhados verdes em climas tropicais, contribuindo para maior precisão na análise e interpretação dos resultados.
