PROJETO REVIVER: INTERVENÇÃO INTEGRATIVA PARA DOR CRÔNICA E DEPRESSÃO REFRATÁRIA NA REDE MUNICIPAL DE SAÚDE

A dor crônica e a depressão refratária são condições de alto impacto funcional, social e econômico, frequentemente associadas à sensibilização central. Abordagens convencionais, centradas na medicalização, apresentam eficácia limitada no manejo integrado desses pacientes. O Objetivo é relatar a concepção, a implantação e os resultados preliminares do Projeto Reviver, intervenção multiprofissional e integrativa para pacientes com dor crônica e depressão refratária na rede municipal de saúde. É um estudo de intervenção estruturada com oito pacientes adultos diagnosticados com fibromialgia e depressão refratária. O protocolo incluiu 40 atendimentos divididos em duas etapas: (1) laseracupuntura, estimulação não invasiva do nervo vago, aromaterapia, musicoterapia e educação popular em dor crônica; (2) laser transcraniano, estimulação transcraniana por corrente contínua (tDCS) com exercícios terapêuticos concomitantes e continuidade da educação em saúde. Foram aplicados HAM-D, WPI, SSS, EVA, algometria, dinamometria, teste de alcançar, termografia clínica e neurometria funcional.Houve redução da depressão (HAM-D: 18,9 → 5,1; –73%), diminuição da dor referida (EVA: 8,81 → 3,75; –57%), aumento do limiar doloroso (algometria: +226–254%), ganhos de força muscular (+55–100%) e flexibilidade (+52%). Termografia e neurometria evidenciaram reorganização funcional compatível com homeostase. O Projeto Reviver demonstrou viabilidade e eficácia no manejo conjunto da dor crônica e da depressão refratária, promovendo benefícios clínicos, funcionais e neurofisiológicos. Apesar das limitações, apresenta potencial de replicação em redes municipais como modelo inovador de cuidado integrado em saúde pública.
